The president of my stake came to our Relief Society several months ago, and he gave us the following lesson. I don't know where he got it from but I find it inspiring.
The four C's that can destroy unity in a group are:
Comparing
Competing
Complaining
Criticizing
The four C's can be combated with four other C's:
Combine
Cooperate
Commit to sustain
Complement
He wrote this on the chalkboard, which I found was a good way to remember this idea:
| When we ... | We could instead ... |
| Compare | Combine |
| Compete | Cooperate |
| Complain | Commit to sustain |
| Criticize | Complement |
Love it! Thanks for sharing!
